Wholesome family of baby hedgehogs gets rescued and reunited with their mom thanks to some guys casually passing by

All animals deserve our attention!

Some guys were crossing a street when they saw a little family of hedgehogs, the mom and her babies. They were trying to get back to the forest, so the mom jumped the curb, which for them was like a wall. The babies couldn't follow her and were going to be left alone. The guys saw them and decided to help. Instead of trying to grab them (we know how that would have turned out), they built a little 'bridge' so they could cross. The baby hedgehogs were not sure at first, but then, one by one, they started climbing the bridge and were able to cross to the other side! We're glad that the babies are back in their habitat and with their mom.

When we see these types of situations, we're not always sure of what to do. We're used to rescuing cats and dogs because they are domestic animals, but wild animals leave us a bit confused. We don't want to mess with nature or provoke more damage than already is. However, these guys showed us that we can help out other creatures without disturbing their natural habitat or being invasive. The bridge was a great idea. It gave the baby hedgehogs the chance to cross and follow their mom without scaring them or making them run away.

Rescuing animals is a beautiful thing and something that the ecosystem appreciates. Us humans, most of the time, are to blame for animals losing their habitats and the climate changing all over the world. But we can still do things to fix what we broke. These small actions look only like that, small. But if we all do a little something every day for the planet and all the wildlife out there, we might be able to reverse at least some of all that we caused. We are so proud to see that there are people out there still being considerate and kind to all creatures. As long as these kinds of people still exist in the world, there is still hope.
